As the CV creation is a collaborative process, we urge you to respond promptly to our emails and show up on time to any scheduled calls. If you need to reschedule a call, please inform us at least 24 hours before the session starts. If we do not hear from you within 30 days from the delivery of the first draft despite our constant efforts to contact you, we will consider the order complete and closed.

WickedCV works with clients worldwide. Eunice is based in Singapore, and Yvonne in Stockholm, Sweden. We cover all time zones, and all client calls are conducted virtually over WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom to avoid international phone charges.

We write only in English.

As international CV and resume requirements can vary, please check your region’s requirements before booking our service. The CVs we create:

• Do not include photos or images
• Do not include personal demographic details (e.g. marital status)
• Are typically a maximum of 2 pages (3 pages in select cases where your profile justifies the additional length)

Regardless of your seniority (entry-level, mid-management, or C-level) and years of experience, we put the same wicked effort into crafting every CV, from investing time in understanding your personal brand to tailoring a compelling career pitch that aligns with your goals. Therefore, we maintain a flat pricing structure, ensuring fairness and quality in our services across all career levels.

We do not offer simple CV edits. Our focus is on comprehensive, tailored services, which often involve a complete rewrite and repositioning to ensure your CV truly stands out.

WickedCV services do not include graphic design. We are known for crafting compelling career narratives and creating clean, professional-looking CVs that are easy to read and get past applicant tracking systems (ATS).

We do not create CVs and LinkedIn profiles from scratch. All WickedCV writing engagements require the submission of an existing CV and LinkedIn URL.

A strong cover letter starts with a solid CV. If we haven’t worked on your CV, we can’t ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to your career storytelling. That’s why our cover letter service is only offered as an add-on for existing WickedCV clients.

Our clients’ privacy is of utmost importance to us. WickedCV does not share CV samples, as they contain private and personal information that would infringe on the privacy clause established with our clients.

Absolutely! Your WickedCV writer will reframe and emphasise the transferable strengths and skills you've gained from your previous experiences.

A CV, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile alone won't get you hired. You are ultimately responsible for your job search outcomes, which includes thoroughly researching the role and organisation you’re applying to.

However, we commit to working closely with you to craft a game-changing career narrative. You can trust that your profile will look and read better after our collaboration.

WickedCV is your dedicated personal branding partner. We proudly put our name to our work, and we rely on your satisfaction to sustain our business.

We value your career story and want to invest the right level of care in reviewing each CV. The fee of SGD80 covers our writer's time to thoroughly evaluate and provide constructive feedback in the form of a 3-page personalised report.

WickedCV does not use any ghostwriters. Our two founders/writers will personally work on every CV review request.

For CV Review clients who wish to engage our writing services subsequently, we offset the review cost when they book our packages. Details can be found on the CV Review page.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, please note that all refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.

For cancellation of CV review orders, once you have submitted your CV to WickedCV for a review, it cannot be refunded.

For all other WickedCV services, a 50% refund (minus a 4% processing fee) will be offered on any cancellation before the consultation call. Once the call is completed, your order cannot be refunded.

If our writers have not started work on your order, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 4% processing fee).
